DEL RIO, TX – Details have emerged in the aftermath of the makeshift migrant camp under the Del Rio bridge in Texas that 15,000 Haitian immigrants have been processed and none of them were tested for COVID-19.
President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said that the Biden administration “did not test” the 15,000 illegal immigrants under the Del Rio, Texas bridge, during the White House press briefing on 9/24/2021.

When asked by a reporter if those migrants were tested before being processed to their final destinations, Mayorkas confirmed, they were not.
“We did not we do not. uh, test,” he repleid “We did not test that population of individuals, uh, we do not know…I do not know I should say if I may be perfectly accurate…I do not know whether anyone was sick with COVID.”
According to the U.S. State Department, all individuals entering the U.S. from a foreign nation must show valid proof of negative COVID-19 test before entering the country legally. Illegal immigrants have been allowed to circumvent this CDC safety guideline under the Biden administration.
“Effective January 26, the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days,” the State Department’s guidance dictates. “Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recovery for all passengers two years of age and over prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery.”
