HUNTERDON COUNTY, NJ – New Jersey Democrats for County Commissioner Patrick Heller and Mark Pomykacz are suggesting that “Far-right extremists” were behind the 9-11 terrorist attacks in New York City and Washington, D.C. and they’re capable of doing it again.
The post is designed to make their supporters think Republicans were either behind the 9-11 attack or that they are capable of mounting a similar attack against America.
Good thing is, few if anyone believed their propaganda and many are now calling for them to pack it in and go home.
On September 11th, the pair posted a message on Facebook suggesting not only are Republicans terrorist extremists, but they had something to do with the 9-11 attacks.
“Today will be hard for many Americans who still remember the grief and loss. No American was unaffected by the atrocity of 9/11. Everyone can remember where they were when they heard the news. Let’s never forget what far right extremists are capable of,” the pair posted on Facebook.
The two were immediately ripped by supporters and Republicans alike.
“And you think people are going to vote for you and support you after this. Gross.”
“Your post clearly demonstrates that you lack the requisite character, morals, ethics, and intelligence to hold a public office.”
“Yikes, you may want to rethink the offensiveness you spewed. If you recall the days after-we were all together and loved one another in this. Go on, keep using your agenda and see how many disagree.”
“I have no clue who you people are, but this has to go down as one of the stupidest political moves of all time. I mean, sure it’s disgusting. But I’m marveling at the stupidity of your decision-making! I’m also kind of sad for you that you would run the risk of hurting others in support of your own selfish political gains.”
Nearly a week later and neither Heller nor Pomykacz replied to constituents and the post remained on their Facebook page.
