Oklahoma couple indicted after numerous gun incidents, drive-by shooting

BROKEN ARROW, OK –  Austin Lee Blaine Gingra and Savannah Mae Down O’Banion were indicted this week for multiple charges including Firearms Conspiracy and Assault With a Dangerous Weapon in Indian Country. Gingras, 26, and O’Banion, 23, both of Broken Arrow, are charged for conspiring together to possess and brandish a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.
