Buffalo teen charged for hitting officer in stolen vehicle

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that a 16-year-old male from Buffalo, N.Y. was virtually arraigned yesterday morning before Youth Part Judge Kevin M. Carter on the following charges: One count of Assault on a Peace Officer, Police Officer, Firefighter or Emergency Medical Services Professional (Class “C” violent felony) One count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree (Class “E” felony) One count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree (Class “A” misdemeanor) One count of Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (Class “A” misdemeanor)
